I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days and had to follow up myself. My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was not best casinos applied.

Personally I wouldn’t go into Roulette with just a 20 – consider some tables are minimum 1 euro/pound etc, it’ll be gone in no time. What looks like a simple chance of winning or losing, can certainly work in impossible ways and with ridiculous results too – like getting the ‘head’ 10 times in a row with that coin flip! If I can only play with $20 at a time…that’s how I am nowadays anyway…I would spend it wisely, and only on a game that I know can give me some winning chances. We’re mainly online at the forum but we do have some members who have land-base experience, maybe they can offer you some advice? Actually, I have checked their license and other details, but I still cannot confirm whether they are a scam or legitimate. The name of the casino is “faotex.com” 100% a scam, getting more common with hundreds popping up each month.
